The hotel's rooms were in need of some updates with peeling wallpaper, scuffed cabinetry, and a stained ceiling but did offer three beds, a microwave, and a laptop with free wifi access. Unfortunately, the room was too warm even after adjusting the heater. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional with extremely friendly and accommodating staff always ready to assist with luggage and provide help accessing various locations. The location was convenient, being close to Tokyo Tower and Hamamatsucho Station but required a 15+ minute walk to reach metro/train stations.
